1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or working with AVEX SOLS, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms govern the digital products, websites, software development services, and consultations provided by our agency.

2. Services & Project Engagement

Every development project or software service is subject to a locked project scope and agreed timeline before development commences. Any changes or expansions to the scope during the active build phase will require a separate review and agreement.

  • Scoping is conducted transparently with direct communication.
  • Weekly progress check-ins are provided to allow client validation.
  • Final delivery occurs following the completion of testing and approval.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full and final payment for the services rendered, all custom source code, designs, and assets created specifically for your product are transferred entirely to you. AVEX SOLS retains the right to display general design interfaces and generic technical solutions in its portfolio unless specified otherwise under a non-disclosure agreement.

4. Billing & Payments

Payments are structured around agreed project milestones (e.g., upfront booking, design signoff, build phase, and launch). Milestones must be paid in full to initiate the next phase of development. Invoices are issued digitally, and support window terms begin immediately upon delivery.

5. Client Responsibilities

Timely completion of projects depends on prompt feedback, provisioning of credentials, content assets, and required business credentials. AVEX SOLS is not responsible for delays caused by the absence of client feedback or missing third-party integrations.

6. Limitation of Liability

AVEX SOLS builds production-grade software using industry-standard modern technology. We are not liable for business interruptions, loss of profits, or data integrity issues arising from third-party services (e.g., hosting providers, API systems) or client-directed changes made post-handover.

7. Governing Law

These terms and all engagements are governed by the applicable local legal jurisdictions. Any disputes arising from these terms will be settled amicably through direct arbitration.
